To apply to become an Everlasting Brows Educator, you should undertake the following steps:
Register your interest
Contact Everlasting Brows to express your interest in becoming an Everlasting Brows Educator, include s short covering letter why you want to teach for Everlasting and your proposed teaching location. Details on how to apply are shared at the end of this blog.
Professional Bio
Prepare a professional biography detailing your industry experience, qualifications, training, and motivation to become an Everlasting Brows Educator.
Professional Portfolio
Submit a Professional Portfolio showcasing high quality images of your recent work (your instagram account is sufficient). At Everlasting Brows, we like to work with Educators who are continually investing in training and are keeping up-to-date with the latest Microblading & PMU techniques and industry trends.
Everlasting Brows Training Courses
List all the Training Courses that you have undertaken. Before becoming an Everlasting Educator, it is vital that you have completed all the Everlasting Training Courses that you wish to teach, including the Everlasting Brows Beginners Eyebrow Microblading course, Complete Eyebrow PMU Module course, PMU Lips Module course, PMU Eyeliner Module course, Advanced Microblading course, Pigmentology Master course, Signature Brow Mapping course and PMU Device Hairstroke Masterclass course. We will also take on Educators who have trained with other pmu & microblading brands, but a requirement beforehand will be to convert to Everlasting Training Courses listed above, which we can assist you in.
Once you have submitted all this information, we will assess your qualifications and expertise to check that you are at the correct level and skill set to train to become an Everlasting Brows Educator. If you don't meet the criteria, consider gaining more experience and building your portfolio to align with Everlasting Brows brand standards.
Location
Consider your training location, will it be your salon or current training space? Or perhaps you are more comfortable going out to your student locations for training, all are completely acceptable and welcome as long as they meet the local requirements for conducting such services.
What does the Everlasting Brows Instructor Training Program include?
To become an Everlasting instructor, you must complete the comprehensive Everlasting Brows Instructor Training program, which covers the specific areas you wish to teach. Following this, you will undergo in-depth training on product knowledge, anatomy, the brand's vision and principles, and effective guidance techniques to support your students throughout their PMU journey. At the end of the training, we will arrange an assessment where you undertake a class and complete a presentation to a live audience. Here we assess how you deliver the training and manage the class.
Upon becoming a certified Everlasting Trainer, you will be permitted to conduct Everlasting training sessions in your designated areas while adhering to the brand's established protocols.
As a trainer, you will be required to purchase a student kit, training manual, and certificate for each student you instruct.
