From cherry red pouts to chunky cat eyes and glitter brows, the SS2023 runway shows at London and New York Fashion Week were full of exciting trends.

Here we look at the trends that dominated the runway at #NYFW and #LFW:

LIPS

Cherry Red Pouts

Striking cherry red pouts added a bold pop of colour to the models lips on the runway at Rejina Pyo, Helen Anthony and Molini London at London Fashion Week.

Berry Lips

Berry Lips made a strong statement on the catwalk at Rixo, Molly Goddard and David Koma at London Fashion Week.

Chunky Cat Eyes

Chunky Cat Eyes made a bold statement on the runway at Jason Wu’s show at London Fashion Week.

Glitter Eyelids

Halpern added some serious sparkle with models sporting stunning glitter eyelids on the catwalk at London Fashion Week.

Orange Eye Liner

Striking clementine lined eyes were seen on the models on the runway at Halpern and Paul & Joe at London Fashion Week.

*Orange in PMU is mostly used for correction work, but what we found attracts a lot of attention is orange brow mapping! Dip your thread in Julianne pigment and you're ready to make your predraw lines that will attract new clients to your social media page!

BROWS

Glitter Brows

Models donned gorgeous glitter brows on the runway at Peter Do’s show at New York Fashion Week.

Bleached Brows

Bleached Brows made a comeback on the catwalk at Maisie Wilen’s show at New York Fashion Week and Molly Goddard’s show at London Fashion Week.

*We personally don't think this look is here to stay and PMU artists don't need to be worried about their career just yet! 

Eyebrow Embellishment

Pearl encrusted eyebrows are becoming a popular trend with Eyebrow Rhinestones seen on the models at Harlem’s Fashion Row at New York Fashion Week.
*Another creative idea on how to attract new engagement on your social media! Add some self-adhesive rhinestones or pearls directly on the brow bone or cheeks post PMU for a unique after photo!
